THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER

THE TRUTH OF THE MATTER by Andrew Klavan is the third book in the Homelanders series from Thomas Nelson. However if you have not read the earlier two, (neither have I) you will not feel out of sorts with this one. The plot revolves around a young man in his late teens who has lost his memory of the past year. He is searching for a person who can help him to remember the past. He knows that he was sent to prison for the murder of his best friend, that he escaped from prison and became a member of a terrorist group, but he cannot accept his present state. He finds the man who can clear things up for him but is not sure whether he is a friend or an enemy. Throughout his ordeal, he relies on the Lord to guide him through.

The book is an excellent read and will keep you hooked for hours. Though it falls under juvenile fiction, most will find it interesting. There are two books that were written prior to this book -"The Last Thing I Remember" and "The Long Way Home" if you can get hold of them read them too.
